Entered numbers remain unchanged in the form and saved report. Print raw + rounded tables produces both sheets, plus a root-area overlap sheet when enabled. Ref A = 0 at the left. Ref B = weld centerline. Forward and aft boundaries are half the weld width from Ref B. Plotted depth 0 is the tee attachment surface. Through Member converts depths from the opposite face using plate thickness; HS / FS is applied first.

Plan view · longitudinal position and forward / aft location

The thin mark begins at Ref A and extends by the stated length. The label gives its number and code.

Side view · longitudinal position and depth

End view · forward / aft and depth

End view is schematic for depth and lateral position; numbered marks may overlap.

3D orientation

Blue = accepted · red = rejected. The base is translucent to reveal indications below the surface.

Choose a CSV file or paste cells copied from Excel. Use the columns below in this order, or include matching column headers.

Ref A start · Length · Ref B distance · F/A/Centerline · Min depth · Max depth · Code · Amplitude · Beam direction · Disposition

Enter depths as scanned. Ref B is a nonnegative distance with F, A, or Centerline entered separately. New indications are visible by default.
